This post is going to be a little different, it's not going to be about your experiences, but more about your opinions about something, in this case someone, Dill Harris.
Dill Harris is Scout's and Jem's friend who comes to visit his aunt Rachel during the summer, but besides that, what do you really know about him? What can you tell me about him, from the things he says, does, and the way he is? Tell me as much as possible about him, but DO NOT give me answers directly from the book, I want to hear what YOU think... ok?

All story and book have a Dill in conspiracy with the plot, someone who appear suddenly and begin to be part of everything, starting in a very unusual way, but at the same time being one of the main character of the story in company with the others.
ReplyDeleteSomeone who makes the plot be more interesting, someone who finds out things and makes puzzles for everybody who read them follow them trying to discover the bottom of the puzzles. He’s the main character who creates the mystery in the things that happen, sometimes exaggerating a little.
In ``to kill a mockingbird`` Dill in company whit Scout and Jem are who are making the story be full of secrets and mysteries. Dill is the one who is finding out and discovering everything about the Radleys, ``Boo``, and the urban myth that exist about them.

ReplyDeleteDill is that typical boy with open mind, mischievous, no fear, creative, invents easily a situation or a play. Always he takes the initiative but never execute himself his idea first, always another children begin to do the play that dill invented, he is innocent, very educated, obedient but very curious, so that do it he always to play dangerously.

Of the little thing that we read on Dill Harris I find that is a boy that doesn't have a family.
I believe he lives in an orfanato and only he comes to spending the vacations with their aunt by that reason.
He is curious, rebellious and he likes challenges, he won't have somebody that puts limits for him.
And he is also very lying for that invent things on their possible father to Jem and Scout.
It seems that only he made that for not being rejected by their friends.
